If i subscribe do I get escrow credits that are built up, or do I still need to spend cartel coin? Thanks in advance, RA

When you subscribe you get access to all credits in escrow
hello, today via steam I paid first 1 month sub, than the 60 days game time, and I'm still preferred.
I left the message to steam but I don't know when and if they will ever respond to it.
Do you have any suggestions of what I can do to be able to play the game anytime soon?
Support have no email from you has one been sent from the swtor email ?
