Ticket not showing up in "My Cases"?
I just changed my email for my EA account because i have lost access to my original Email. that all worked fine but it didn't change the email tied to my SWTOR account. i can still log into the game just fine through the launcher and place but i cant subscribe unless i can log into my account.
So i ended up making a ticket about this issue but when i clicked confirm on opening the ticket, the ticket does not show up under "My Cases". is this normal? or does it take time for it to show up there?
its been about an hour now.
call swtor support when the lines are open and update the email on the account , confirm the open hours before calling
