Ticket not showing up in "My Cases"?

I just changed my email for my EA account because i have lost access to my original Email. that all worked fine but it didn't change the email tied to my SWTOR account. i can still log into the game just fine through the launcher and place but i cant subscribe unless i can log into my account.

So i ended up making a ticket about this issue but when i clicked confirm on opening the ticket, the ticket does not show up under "My Cases". is this normal? or does it take time for it to show up there?

its been about an hour now.

  • I tried calling the phone support that they have listed for swtor on the EA support site but it says its unavailable. i googled abit and they discontinued phone support? why do they still list the phone numbers then?

    Ah the phones end at 5pm i see. thanks ill try tomorrow.
