Fix missing items or refund!

Have quite possibly had the worst introduction to this game imaginable. Was encouraged by friends to play it, but after several hours of, firstly, downloading the game, secondly, having to create a separate Origin account (because of SW:TOR being known to overwrite existing Origin display names with their sub-par substitute and being unable to use my existing Origin account), and thirdly, worst of all, attempted to purchase a race to play (apart from the ordinary options available to new players), BOUGHT coins, SPENT coins on the market (as is shown on my transaction history), to have the race I purchased STILL unavailable to play.

On top of my so-far-very-* experience with the game, I find out I cannot open a ticket without BUYING support, or PAYING for an international phone call! What a joke! So I haven't had a chance to play the game at all, despite having it open for nearly six hours, and having SW:TOR take money from my account for nothing!

I love how fast EA are to take your money, and how pathetic their customer support is!

    When you purchase the race unlock it needs to be claimed from the cartel market and then it goes to your characters inventory , you then need to use the unlock in the inventory

    Hi @proxos666 - I claimed the race from the market but the item isn't in my characters inventory to use.

    Can only suggest double checking the cartel market and the inventory 

    From there send an email to support@swtor.com and detail the swtor username , server and the character the unlock was purchased on.

    And that you claimed the unlock from the cartel market after purchase but it isnt in your inventory. 

    Can also provide a link to this thread if you like in the email , let me know how you get on
