Flashpoint: the Esseles quest glitch

I started the flashpoint esseles quest, and I was part way through it but my internet went down and when I went back on it was glitched I started at the start but it was part way through when I went to engineering like it asked me to i could do anything the ambassador wasn't there I couldn't see through the red shield. I reset the quest but it was still like that. Then I abandoned the quest and started it again but it didn't change. I don't have any idea what to do, any ideas?

Go to the fleet area, right click your character portrait and choose the option to reset all active phases. Then in your mission log reset and try to see if that works.
