Do we never get a chance to do flashpoints like Lost Island and Mandalorian Raiders because they are not listed on the Finder? Are they unlisted cause there is no reason to do them?

Quick Update: The Flashpoints are missing intentionally because they never have been rebalanced.

In the master flashpoint list I can find Lost Island and Mandalorian Raiders too.
But in the veteran flashpoint list Lost Island is missing with me too.
The pictures are from the German version of SWTOR. Do not be surprised. 😉
Unfortunately, I do not know why these Flashpoints are missing.
But if you want to do these, you can just get them normally at the fleet (Ziost Shadow as imperial player, Gav Daragon as a repuclic player) and ask about them on the fleet. 🙂
