Free char and tokens 60 from CM still buged.
Tokens 60 and Free Char level to 60 doesn't works. They start at fleet at lvl 1. Delete and create again the character doesn't fix it for me.

I had my level turn out to be a level 1 and then the credit for a level 60 was taken, waiting on CS to to get that one back, then saw a dev report saying it was fixed so
like a dummy I bought one off the gtn and used it just now and still no credit for a level 60....
and my ingame help isn't working either, instead of the report menu , it just keeps saying loading...
frustrating
I gather you have an available charcter slot , ingame ticket is the way to go at present, if yo ucant submit one ingame send an email to support@swtor.com and include , username, server , character etc that should also create a ticket
