What Anti-Virus / Firewall are you using?

Try disabling AVG. Been seeing multiple people complain that since the last update by AVG that they can't log into the game. Even adding exceptions doesn't help they have had to either disable or remove AVG and use a different Anti-Virus- Approved
I've done that, but at the moment when I click play from the launcher the screen goes black and then goes back to the desktop with the launcher now closer.
Could that be because the servers are down for the patch, or is that something else all together?
- Could be due to maintenance. It's not over for another hour. I would try after maintenance.
