Permanent ban for a name

I have to add one thing too if my intention were ill I would had used a burner account or another account not my 10 years old account whom I just bought the 99$ bundle as well

Not only the reply was about wrong topic but was auto automated response copy paste one 

or cry did I just wasted 99$ on the vain which equivalent to 5200 Egyptian pounds where I live to get ban to a name which real people use at same time and I linked proofs of it on the appeal message and I’m not English speaker at the same time to know what good or bad name 

I just can’t take it anymore I’m 9 days since this ban all wasted since I bought the 99$ bundle how is it possible even possible I don’t get chance to get the name if it’s offensive and just permanent ban like that it’s just insanity at this point 

How I can just reach a person who don’t just copy paste templates response to make him understand there is real people with that name and explain to me why I get permanent ban for bad name for it

I know they are overworked and so and I get it but getting permanent ban like that and going into 10 days with generic automated replies from the swtor support so far is just frustrating and hurts bad consider I threw 99$ on the ground 

If the ban was due to a TOS violation then swtor support are unable to help as they are not allowed to get involved with these cases 

The only avenue open is via mailto:swtoraccountdisputes@bioware.com  that team are the only ones that deal with that type of ban.

Hello friend but I keep getting automated copy paste responses all the time unable to reach someone who can take their time and actually read my message despite linking a person with the same name 

what other option I have here proxos I won’t mind leaving the game if they want me too but to threw 99$ on the ground like that is not right or fair

not everyone around the world is native English speaker to know the right of the name sounds bad to English speakers even the people with the same name from United Kingdom 

im just like you guys says in America my hands are tied idk what to do even I’m desperate at this point if you poke someone at the account dispute who can take their time to read at least it will do a lot to me proxos 

im sorry friend I know it’s not your area here but how to make someone read what im saying in the appeals I’m going into 10 days now

yet another copy paste reply without explaining to me why I didn’t get a name change instead of the permanent ban for a name which is wild despite being a name used by real people

at this point I give up no one will ever read what I type in the appeal message how can I get my 99$ back it’s a lot to me consider 1 usd = 52 Egyptian pound

i just needd my money back at this point man I’m dead tired and already uninstalled the game for good who I can go to get my money back ?

You will need to call swtor support when the lines are open to request a refund 

Proxos my friend not only I can’t speak English proper like typing but I can’t or know how to even contact them using voip or afford using international call because it cost too much for me

i just don’t understand why ban someone using real life person name to this day just why and why punish someone whom can barely afford to sub the game beside being f2p yet still wanted to support the devs and why u didn’t get a name change option first even and why they didn’t automatically refund my money 

I’m so so so tired and exhausted proxos you just can’t believe the feelings I have now after being being barely able to manage my needs since my salary in Egypt is barely to make the ends I need so I can make it for swtor sub every month

my pc can die anytime as well but I just didn’t care because at least I have swtor but now seems not the case the sacrifice I made to be able to sub for the game for years is just so much proxos to let go that easily I just can’t

all I want to know from dispute team why I didn’t get name change option first too and why they fail to realize someone can easily make free account if they want to be bad just why I’m exhausted and I want to call them but I don’t know how and can’t talk English like typing

Update day 16 unable to contact any human yet I’m on knees spending nearly my half paycheck to support swtor team despite being a f2p game just to get rewarded with a ban for a name after buying 99$ bundle which equivalent to 5200 Egyptian pounds why they just didn’t refund automatically or just give me name change just why 

I’m so broken atm from all this treatment 

Update day 17 morale is so low can’t reach a human in the account dispute team so far and unable financially to phone the support to escalate my ticket and explain to me why I was banned permanent for using real person name I had to google after the ban and found slit if redo life people using it 

it hurts when your half of salary to buy the 99$ bundle and get rewarded with permanent ban to a f2p you loved to support the devs to keep up the good job

we have limited internet usage and speed here in Egypt to use you don’t understand the nightmare I took to download swtor in first place it took me 5 days to download it and ate 75 gb or something from the 200gb im allowed to use each month for internet
