"Failed to initialize web browser" error

Whenever trying to launch SWTOR, I get an error pop up that says "Failed to initialize web browser". I tried a couple things I found online to fix this. I deleted the libcef.dll file and tried launching it as an administrator directly from the local files (playing on steam version of the game), but neither of those solutions have worked. Any help that can be offered would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
