Full download stuck on 98.32 %
Hello, i succefully downloaded 98.32 % of game. so I stopped proces and again started SWTOR launcher and appeared this: " Patch Notes : Game update 4.0.4". So am I supposed to re-download or wait for...

You don't really have much control over it, just login to the launcher and let it continue downloading. Waiting won't fix this. Today's patch was only 100MB in size, so not very big.
If the download is stuck and won't continue, you'll have to close the launcher and go to the folder where you have SWTOR installed. Now delete the BitRaider folder and start the launcher again; that way it will verify if it is missing any files and finish the download.
Got the same issue, being stuck at 79.51% on the Installing progress for hours with a download rate of 4MB/s.
Deleted the the Bitraider Folder and restarted, it did the verifying progress but ended up being at the same spot again on the progress.
