Game crashes on splash screen

I just spent £1200 on a new PC and have got everything installed, but I cannot make ToR work. Everything else is fine. It always crashes on the splash/loading screen and never gets any further. AS...

    Problem solved. It doesn't work with Sonic Studio 3. Must be some kind of conflict somewhere. As soon as I closed SS3 it worked absolutely fine.

not sure which direction to go from here 

guess given the client_setting file being so far out , grab CRU  and create a inf override with just the native resolution listed

1440 x 900 @60Hz

    Haven't heard of sonic studio 3 conflicting before, will keep that in mind for future.
