Game crashes with unspecified error at character select

A few days ago I started having frequent game crashes. They occur either during the initial loading screen, on the character select screen, or right after selecting my character. There is no error number given, just that the game encountered an error and must close. Eventually it work, usually after 5 or 6 successive crashes. I have recently updated my graphics driver, that's the only thing different I can think of. I'm on Windows 10.

    I'm having that trouble too. Out of curiosity, did you just recently install the windows 10 creative update? I didn't have this problem before the recent game maintenances and the creators update.

    There is this guide for unspecified error , normally a simple pc reboot solves it.

    If it continues to be an issue, do a game re-install as non streaming per this link , unspecified error cannot occur with the non streaming launcher so the error will be gone.
