Game Freezing since 7.4 patch

Question

My game freezes just after hitting play in the launcher. It freezes on the initial picture load screen before I can even get to the server/character selection. I am not using steam. I've only had this issue since the 7.4 update. It locks up the entire computer. I can't even get to the task manager.

Issues have been appearing with intel video cards&nbsp;
Press the [Windows] Key + [R] at the same time&nbsp;
Copy the following in to the text box and press ok&nbsp;
%localappdata%\swtor\swtor\settings
initially just delete the client_settings.ini file&nbsp;it appears this is a gfx setting issue by the looks, so set gfx to high not very high

@proxos666 Just wanted to thank you for posting this. Out of all the recommended solutions i was given, this is the only one that worked, and got me back in the game!
