It says "The currently installed versions of drivers is newer then what you are about to install." Is this update a downgrade or not?
That release maybe lower then you have now, but it is the latest release for that laptop, it doesn't mean the newer generic versions will be 100% ok, always use the manufactures drivers when troubleshooting issues

The new driver is actually even worse than the old one. Not only did the game still crash, but even if it didn't, the driver can't handle high graphics.
Did you do the sound driver ? that is related to the crash being listed in your crash logs

It said the audio driver was downloaded along wih it.
And you still cant access the details in the reliability monitor ?
Press the Windows key and try typing
perfmon /report
does this work ok ?
This is the info i'm looking for , found a step guide looking at the very same sound driver IDT here

I found sttray64.exe in the Reliability Monitor! Now how do I get rid of it?
