Game running in slow motion

I have been having this problem since Friday afternoon I log into the game  and as soon as I log a character in game I get this slow motion lag of sorts..... I currently run my settings on ultra and ...

    Downgraded to the NVidia 352.86 and everything's the same as pre 4.0 in 8M raid ... hope it will help other players 😇

FPS drops would be a better description, especialy in 8M or 16M raid.
