Game time from Steam not added

Greetings, Some time ago I bought some game time from steam. Since my account did not switch to the "subscriber" status, I contacted support and they solved the problem via Skype, and as requested I sent the screenshots of my Steam account and the purchase of game time. This on 10/26. Is it possible to know how long it takes to have the game time added to my account or if more information is needed to resolve the problem?

    Gametime has been added to your swtor account

    if not done so yet , you need to cancel the swtor subscription in your steam account , it can be purchased on steam once the gametime runs out
