Game unable to launch

I can get past the login screen, it says "Play" then I have failure to launch. Anyone else having this issue? Sad thing is, this is a BRAND NEW computer I bought Tuesday evening to play SWTOR on....

I keep getting a new code everytime I try to log in and each time its not working it says invalid or something else I have checked to see if I can get on via the website and I can its legit this one...
