game update 5.10.3a.

Question

So basically the game got a maintenance yesterday and it finished at 9am.. i logged on around 10am and everything worked fine. fast forward several hours and i try to log back in and it just froze saying initializing. ive changed from RB to SSN etc. i have literally done everything i can find online

Now ive done some research and ive logged out of my total AV firewall, ive changed the bitraider to true.. ive deleted bit raider, ive uninstalled the game several times today and nothing has worked, ive task managed the bitraid and changed it from manual to automatic and im not just giving up.

The thing to add is when i do change the bitraid from false to true, when i go to log in it changes from initializing to error code 310 and it just freezes there and nothing happens. Im not sure if its because of the latest maintenance due to me logging in earlier yesterday but im not sure anymore.

The maintenance never occurred and is being rescheduled, have you tried rebooting your router/modem ?&nbsp;

when you disable bitraider it will re-download the game and start with english video 1&nbsp;

Try changing your dns server , it sounds like an issue talking to the local cdn and these are geodns so changing dns to say googles 8.8.8.8 may go to a different cdn.

this may just be a local net issue and resolve itself over the next 24 hours

Up to you can wait a day and then see or just change the dns per this link and can change back later

hello and i have tried everything honestly, ive had my router off for 10 mins, restarted the PC several times. ive tried to change the bit to true again and to SSN and it just comes up with "network error while downloading patch date. retrying...(310)." and below that it says "downloading english video 1 1.68GB"

ive been trying for 5 hours now to get it to work, im not sure what else to try. i have team viewer if you're willing to try anything.
