I can only speak from my experience but generally if your referring to the things where if you subscribe from this date to this date you get this reward those are generally things done to help both bring in new olayepl and reward those who continued to subscribe to the game.  There have been some things I've missed out on myself like companions or armor due to not subscribing.

It's how some things are implemented in regards to that.  It's marketing really tbh.  As far as things like PvP items for seasons those unfortunately are limited to those seasons.  The items need to always change and also not repeat otherwise it starts to lose value in those items.  This is something you see in MMOs.

WhileI know it's frustrating dealing with toxic players, it's something unfortunately that exists in any online game.  All you can do is report them as you see them in-game especially if they are aendise mail or wgispers to you.
