Thanks for that, however when I had called in the launcher wouldn't give me the option of the repair utility. I.e. it was grayed out and didnt respond. That is when the tech had me delete the bitraider files. He made the comment that this happens a lot, so I asked why dont they fix it or get rid of it? His answer was vague "for some it works most it doesnt."

There is some confusion the repair on the launcher only works for non streaming, if streaming deleting the bitraider folder is the way to go or follow this

The repair utility I mentioned below is neither of these things and needs to be downloaded and run

The only thing I can recommend is to remove bit raider as per this guide here.
