Server kicking me out. why?

i got kicked out of my server (Asia Pacific) several times! i have very good internet connection so why is this happening? also the in-game customer service is showing a subscribe button only? why only subscribers get support and free players don't?

maybe a net issue on the internet between you and the servers ?

you can email mailto:[email protected] for certain ingame support and it creates a ticket, however account issues for example are by phone even for subscribers
