Hello.
I tried adding a subscription to my old SW: Tor account and got an error message regarding the link between my EA account and my SW: Tor account. my SW: Tor account was created in 2014. Now I'm unable to link my EA account to my SW: Tor account.
I attached a screenshot of the error message.

Account linkage between a swtor an ea account is permanent and is made when the account is created
best is to call the swtor support lines when they are open, once verified as the account holder they can change the email on the linked EA account.
That screenshot shows the linked ea account has been disabled due to inactivity and had its data wiped
if you know the email that was used on that account, you can try a password reset on the ea account using that email, however if you have used that email on another ea account it needs to be swapped out for another email to enable account restoration.
