i was talking to a friend whilst being in a group and i recieved a 7 day ban for inappropriate language.
since im pretty damn sure my friend didnt report me, allow me to kindly ask what the actual f you think youre doing here?
is this supposed to be normal?

It is also against the TOS to discuss moderation , swtoraccountdisputes@bioware.com are the only ones that handle disputes , CS are also unable to action disputes
so is it normal to ban people without them being reported?
