So, it wasn't listed anywhere in patch 4.1, but now apparently loot rolling isn't a thing anymore with groups? I only now have the option of free for all, loot master, or round robin.
So either
A. This is an unintentional bug
or
B: This was an unlisted change that no one wanted nor asked for.
Regardless of which, can we please have Need/Greed/Reverse Engineer back? It's so much more convenient.

This has to do with an intentional change made in 4.1:
http://www.swtor.com/patchnotes/282016/game-update-4.1-anarchy-paradise-patch-notes
This means now instead of rolling on loot, everyone gets a green / blue piece of gear or loot for their specific level. So if your in a group with a level 65 and a 40 and a 50 for example, instead of the item dropping in a level 40 heroic that is for level 40s, instead the mob will drop a piece of gear for each individual person for their specific level.
I assume is is their way of stopping loot ninjas or people needing on gear they really don't need either intentional or unintentionally to try to make it fair for everyone in the group. They haven't come out and officially explained anything but I assume it's related to this.
