GTX 970 and Constant Freezing Still (Tried all solutions)

Hey Everyone, I still have constant freezing on my SWTOR game even with the latest driver. Doesn't matter if I run the game on all ultra settings or run the game with very lowest settings possible...

So moving down to 1 monitor, It kind of helped.. Was more of the freezing wasn't super bad but eventually it got to the point of it locking up.

Ill try moving to the slow ring (not sure what this does completely?) and the 980 fix mentioned. I wonder if my card thinks its in SLI mode when i don't have another card.
