tried this, didnt work, keep getting a black screen with a blank sever list that says "unable to receive server list."
Evening, I scanned the last few pages and didn't see anything other then your post just above (looking for more info from you).
That said what you did say if I am reading this correctly is that you are getting a blank server list once the game loads up?
If that is the case, I would suggest looking at the firewall settings...(As per the guide again), please take note that I only go into explaining the Windows firewall settings, and briefly only touch the AVG, Norton and the like issues; Because in all honesty 'Owen' (Proxos666) leaves me for dead in his understanding of those programs and he has explained the work around's on a daily basis.
*If I read this wrong, I apologise... I am aware that folks do get the error sometimes where their screens turn Black except for the faintest white line down one edge of their screen; That particular error is where their X+Y Anchor values are not =0 where they should be (This is a different line in the Client_Settings.ini that is not a persons Resolution values ie 1920x1080).
Could I suggest adding your Launcher Log, a DXDIAG, and your Client_Settings.ini files to post if you have concerns moving forward and still seek assistance.
