Have you tried logging into www.swtor.com with just the username and password and leave the key blank ?
there should be a link saying "lost your security key" to begin the removal process

I dont see "lost your security key" in login page, I try look again.
No I dont se "lost your security key" check box or link :/
Just to be sure it isnt showing , try on your mobile for example as a different browser/net
however if it isnt appearing the only way to remove the key will be by phone.
Note the phones being offline on January 29, 2017 from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. (GMT).
