Help, my characters have disappeared and been replaced

I logged in today to find that both of my characters were gone and have been replaced with a single character named "Shadowashe" who is not my character.

I had just completed the Sith warrior story line last night and was logging in today to begin the Hutt cartel story.

I had a "preferred status" account time and all of the story DLC on my account.

I can't contact EA because i'm not a subscriber, what do I do? how do I get my characters back?

That sounds like you're logged in to the wrong account.
Check the entered data again exactly.

I also noted that I had to re-accept the terms and conditions when I logged into the launcher today after accepting them again yesterday (I had re-installed the game yesterday)

I've only got two emails/names that I use and I checked both, one of them doesn't have an account registered to it so it can't be the wrong account.

What is the swtor username you believe had different characters ? , there may not be much can do over the forum but can check if there isnt a simple explanation, you will likely need to call swtor cs, and will likely resolve this quickly for you.

Same name as my account. I've contacted support via email but not had a response.
