Do you have a screenshot of what you are seeing when you are on your character selection screen?  I apologize if I misunderstood, but you should see your active character, and have the ability to create more characters.

or are you selecting maybe a different server? cause if that is the case, and you never played on that server it will ask you to create a new character ...

And each time you log into the same, you are login using the same account username ?

Yeah I use the same everything and I'm pretty sure I'm going in the same server and also sometimes it doesn't even let me go to the server I want so I will check but If you have anymore info just let me know and I can see If I will be able to fix it

By any chance can I be freinds with you on steam or in swtor?

I don't know how to private chat so I'm in north American server and I'm Amari Majongwe in game I will be on after this week only allowed on the weekends and Friday don't ask why but yeah see you on there (what's your name in SWTOR so I can friend you)
