Help STWOR
So every time I play STWOR It always says Create a character even though I'm on lv 11 and created a character a month ago. If You know how to solve the problem Just Please tell me.

Hello,
Do you have a screenshot of what you are seeing when you are on your character selection screen? I apologize if I misunderstood, but you should see your active character, and have the ability to create more characters.
or are you selecting maybe a different server? cause if that is the case, and you never played on that server it will ask you to create a new character ...
And each time you log into the same, you are login using the same account username ?
So thank for your help because I'm on my actual account now so I thought I picked europe|english but I picked north american
