Title. It so far has happened to just my Bounty Hunter, and I was trying to use armor to override but now I can't see my helmet. Since I'm not a sub and that means I can't submit a ticket (and since there's no email to use to solve my problem) I'm here. Does anyone know of a solution that doesn't involve buying Cartel Coins to get the permission? Thanks.
Since you are both experiencing the same issue I merged your topics together to make it easier. First you can try to email support@swtor.com and explain the issue, provide the character name and server in your email to see if they can fix the issue.
Currently there is no other work around so if the above option doesn't resolve the issue then the only work around to fix this would be the following:
- Get a subscription for 1 month to get access to the setting and then make the change and cancel your subscription
- Purchase the unlock for it on the GTN if it's available to purchase for your character or the whole account.
- Purchase the unlock on the Cartel Market which is currently 280cc for a character or 775cc for your whole account.

and /bug in chat but that has no conformation that something was sentWell Denton, you can see how seriously they take these issues. Still not even an attempt at a response, not that I expected one considering they've ignored this problem for almost a decade and just use it as a way to try to push you into spending money that you shouldn't have to.
