I have bugged hide head slot is always toggeld. I don't buy it ..

Try sending an email to support@swtor.com , include username, server and character , feel free to provide a link to this thread as well.

This looks like a bug

At least for the Race Togruta there is no Helmet option, as for some of the Companions.

  support@swtor.com works, but it takes time it is more like an last resort contact way.

  I would say the average turn around time is about 24 - 72 hours not including weekends. Someone else had an issue with their account and got a response fairly quickly. If you email them I would not expect a response till Monday or Wednesday at the latest.

    Well, I've just now gotten around to emailing them. I hope they respond.
