How do I board the shuttle in Find Sajar?

Hi everyone!I have encountered a problem when I try to board the shuttle to the Republic operational headquarters in The Emperor’s Wrath Find Sajar.&nbsp;It says that ”You have to be inoculated by a medical officer before you can travel to Quesh’s surface”. But where can I find this medical officer?Please help,me on this one!

you need to be level 33 to get inoculated on the orbital station to land on quesh

Thanks for your answer! Unfortunately I’m only on level 32. So how do I get to a higher level from here?
