How do I board the shuttle in Find Sajar?

Hi everyone!

I have encountered a problem when I try to board the shuttle to the Republic operational headquarters in The Emperor’s Wrath Find Sajar. 
It says that ”You have to be inoculated by a medical officer before you can travel to Quesh’s surface”. But where can I find this medical officer?

Please help,me on this one!
