I know email trouble occurs if it is an email used previously for a swtor or ea/origin account and then tried to be used on another account, usually the email fails to arrive.

you can only really do 1 of 2 things, check the safe sender list or try a different email address (one never used on a swtor or ea/origin account)
The validation email isn't arriving.
- Add no-reply@bioware.swtor.com to your safe-senders list.
- Try entering a different email address. If you're using Gmail, you can use either googlemail.com or gmail.com as the same address, or you can add/remove dots: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/7436150?hl=en
