Good thinking, but unfortunately incognito mode did not work. Still says no Steam is linked on both accounts.
I suspect they will ask you to call them when the lines open , as they will need to look for a 3rd account linked to that steam account
I will confirm that though when they come online here for the day in about 5 hrs , english phone line open is about 10 hrs so well before the phones are open
