How do in-game tickets work / progress?

Hello, everyone.

About 2 days ago I submitted a ticket in-game on SWTOR about not receiving my Early Access, even though I've been subscribed with prepaid cards for months.

I'm wondering how long an in-game ticket usually takes. I know it'd most likely be much longer, now that Early Access is out and a bunch of people are probably submitting tickets.

Also, I'm wondering if the ticket resets if I log out, because I have been online for a total of 3 or 4 hours, but on multiple occasions. So I'm not sure if my position in the queue was reset. Thanks in advance for any help I can get! 🙂

  • Hello Traidable,

They get placed in a que I would imagine like an email but for in game.

I do recommend calling the swtor support as they can help or inform you of the information.

I can confirm my self that tickets dos not reset if you logged out from the game, so no worry on that.
