How do remove security key without being able to restart account password.

Anyway, EA support itself is horrible. How do i reset my account password while i still have the security key active? It's been a good few years since i have played this and i cannot remember my ac...

You cant do both at once

if you need to reset the password and dont have the security key you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open , they can remove the security key to allow you to reset the password on the account
