How do you purchase Artifact Authorization Account Wide?

Hi everyone, Today I was looking into possibly getting cartel coins in SWTOR. I've read all around forums and discovered that artifact authorization is for purple gear under level 50, some green and...

    They are still in Game and should work just fine,

    normally you can only see the account wide ones if you have the necessary Coins.



    And yes until there is some sort of Sale offer the Authorisation is 2700CCs.
