Age verification and OLD EA account problem

Question

My SWTOR account is linked to an old EA Account that I no longer have access to.

The SWTOR account page shows the linked EA Account as *****@bol.com.br and the Link Status as “Good”.

I currently have access to my SWTOR account (****@***.tec.br), but I no longer have access to the linked EA email address.

I am also unable to complete the Brazil Age Verification because the verification code is not being delivered.

I need help recovering/accessing the EA Account currently linked to my SWTOR account and completing the Age Verification.

Thank you for your help. However, I’m not comfortable calling support in the United States and trying to explain a technical account issue over the phone in English, as English is not my native language.

Also, the support link you provided seems to direct me to the in-game help/ticket system, but my problem is precisely that I cannot access the game because I am blocked by the Age Verification process.

If there is no other way to contact SWTOR Support without making an international phone call, I’ll probably just move on. There are plenty of other games to play.
