Unable to Log In
Hey guys,
Recently reinstalled SWTOR to play again, but the launcher keeps giving me the "Display Name, Password, or Security Key is incorrect" error.
The strange thing is that these exact same credentials work completely fine when I log into swtor.com on my browser. I've already tried changing my password and it made no difference.
Here's what I've already tried:
- I don't have a Security Key attached to the account (my iPhone won't let me set one up for some reason), so I've just been leaving that box blank.
- Reinstalled the game, didn't fix it.
- Tried unlinking my Steam account to see if that would reset things, and now it won't let me link it back up at all.
Steam support told me to reach out here, and emailing direct support hasn't gotten me anywhere yet. Since my login clearly works on the main website, I'm assuming something is stuck on the account side between EA/SWTOR and the launcher.
Any help getting this sorted out so I can actually log in and re-link Steam would be awesome. Thanks!
