How the get a hold of support

HOW the F am i going to get support?? 

Cant Log in to the freaking game do to i have not been in from around 30 days after Star wars the old republic did launch.

Also did change Phone a few time from back then so i dont got my  Security Key no more...

Not going to call out of contry and get a freaking big phone bill.

Well you can send a ingame request.. cant bloody log in. 

and no where dos it give me so i can send a normal mail to them....

    Email them. support at swtor.com

    But they're going to tell you to call, so I recommend getting Skype or something so you can do that.

    Edit: but you don't need to call them to remove your security key. You can just do that when you try to log in. Try to log in without it, then click "Lost your security key?"  and follow the directions from there. Looks like this: http://i.imgur.com/CZgz4Y2.png
