How to contact support directly without paying?
Is there seriously no way to contact support without paying? I find that absurd. I'm having account verification issues and discrepancies that I assume requires someone who has access to my account, yet I can't call the support line without being a subscriber? Please advise on how I can get account issues resolved by an employee EA without paying money. I bought the game on release and have subscribed many times. I don't see why I need to pay $12 to make a phone call. I also remember there being a text chat support but I don't see that option anymore. My account appears as if it has hardly been played and is marked as free to play, but last time I played I was preferred. I also can't dig up any order history in my accounts page to verify purchases were made on this account. As soon as I get to around 2015 an error occurs and I can't go back any further.
You do not need to be a subscriber to call Customer Service. Any player subscriber, Preferred or Free to Play can call Customer Service. Their contact info is here and you can call customer service regardless of whether your a subscriber or not.
