But i still could attack with skills that go through dodging and others, but the other problem is its not that i keep missing this happens most of the time where sometimes they keep getting hit while sometimes they can only get hit a couple of times *All of the enemies were in the same Story Mission*
have tried seeing if your weapon needs repairing at a vendor ? it maybe broken
otherwise run a game repair per this link

how about your gear? did you ever change it? you need more powerful gear when you level up or otherwise you wont hit a thing or do damage to them 🙂
