Just to confirm after the purchase it did not show up in unclaimed items for the same character you made the purchase? Was any error received after the purchase was made? If you still don't have the item on the character it was purchased on you can email support@swtor.com to see if they can either grant the item or refund your cartel coins.
@EA_Kat do you see anything on your end?

I do not think Kat will be back until Monday
Send an email to support@swtor.com they should be able to get this sorted for you, detail swtor username, server and character this occurred on and detail what occured a plainly as possible.
