I bought a cartel item and i didn't get it in unclaimed items

I made a purchase on the cartel market and I did not receive my items. It did not show up in my unclaimed items or in the purchasing characters inventory and it hasn't shown up in the mail. i checked...

    I have checked your transactions and it looks like the failed transaction is refunded now 🙂

Im sorry forgot to mention the error code i was bummed out it was error code 16

I do not think Kat will be back until Monday

Send an email to  support@swtor.com they should be able to get this sorted for you, detail swtor username, server and character this occurred on and detail what occured a plainly as possible.
