Hi I require some assistance. I'm a non subscriber who has had money stolen from me by this game. I bought the legacy field respec thinking I needed it to respec just to find out that I don't. Sucks i bought it w/e main issue is it took my money but I didn't receive the field respec it's not unlocked and It's not in my unclaimed items. So i'm not sure what to do I can't contact EA in anyway so how do I either get my money back which I prefer since I don't need it or how do I receive my item. Any help would be appreciated.
Send an email to support@swtor.com they should be able to get this sorted for you, detail swtor username, server and character this occurred on and detail what occurred as plainly as possible.

Support@swtor.com says to go to help.ea.com which in turn tells me I must be subscribed to get help otherwise it just sent my here.

Send another email to support@swtor.com , also detail what your swtor username is here so can pass on about the previous response.
Edit - if you do not supply/confirm your swtor username in this thread , will be unable to assist getting a different response on the email to support.

people at [edit: email address removed] do not care. They will not answer, maybe after a few weeks. They read your message but will not answer even they have time. So give it a time, a few weeks or months.
