I bought an emote on the cartel market and didnt get it

I bought an emote on the cartel market (the dance 'bop') and I claimed the item, but I didn't get the dance and when I click on it in the emoji section the game tries to get me to buy it again. I tried logging out then back in to see if it was just a bug and needed to reload it, but it didn't fix the issue
