I am attempting to subscribe and I get the following error.

swtor account displayname ? need that to check the account however response wont be available for 12 hrs until support are online here for the day
otherwise you can call swtor support , english lines are open for another 25minutes at the time of this post

Having the exact same issue. can't call. steam says go to ea. ea says go to steam

EA cant help with swtor , only swtor support can assist (they are different support lines)

flagged to check the account for issues and they have your email , response in about 10 - 11 hrs when support are online for the day
your Linked EA account persona madgasm01 has been disabled and its data has been wiped
use this link The email used on that EA account is "different" to the email on the swtor account , the email needed however is a hotmail email address

use incognito mode with chrome or another web browser to be sure the browser cache isnt an issue after

be sure to include the swtor account displayname if not sent from the email used on the swtor account
you are best to call swtor support when the lines are open, they can update the email on that account to an email you do have access too now
I am not sure why my old email matters. When I log in to SWTOR (the game), I log in with my gmail.com account, and my EA account matches. I am confused about how my old Hotmail.com account came into question. I have regained access to my old email but that does me not good when I am logged into SWTOR with a different address. Can someone please explain?
