I cannot log in after years of not playing.

Hello Everyone,

Hope to get some help here since I'm losing my hope.

I felt urge to play some MMO recently, and I thought that I haven't been playing ToR since years and I'll give it a try.

I've undergone a lot of effort to recover my username and password, since I forgot them completely.

After I retrieved it, changed password to new one and I was going to happily log in into the game. Unfortunately I got an error in Launcher (attached pic). After a longer while when I was trying to log in with one-time password through the launcher I figured out that I'll try to log to website by providing an one-time password which was sent to my e-mail, which I did. But on website I have a message that "This account is not permitted to access the Star Wars™: The Old Republic™ servers. An email notification has been sent to the email address associated with this account with more information about what this means and what steps may be taken to resolve the issue.". No further e-mails came though, and now I am stuck, wondering what can I do to recover my account... ☹️

Can anyone help, please?
