otherwise email swtoraccountdisputes@bioware.com given it appears the account is banned , you can also call swtor support when the lines open to ascertain if it is fixable over the phone

Now you have scared me that my account might be banned! :o I wonder how it could happen since I never shared my account with anyone and I haven't been playing for a really long while. If it has been hacked (that's the only possible way why it could've get banned I can think of), do you think it can be retrieved?
Swtor support have said you will need to call when the lines are open
